Comments on my lower end 3.1+ system......
Please comment, make alternate suggestions etc, i will buy in the next day or so. I have been reading here for weeks and spent much time at high end and low end shops, and cant make a decision. If i were a man with unlimited resources it would be much easier but it is not the case.

Yes it is only 3.1 for many reasons. it will go with a existing samsung hdtv and digital cable. Also it will be hooked up to my outdoor bose 151's which Are only 4ohm speaks...could this be a problem with this reciever? Don't want to fry anything.
I auditioned the jbl,s with a yammie 5550(?) reciever. Seemed like enough for me,at this price, We are mostly into it for the music from digital cable and cd,s with the capability occaisional dvd movie. We have another system set up for true home theater.
I looked at many other receivers and speakers high and low end. And I would really really value peoples advice and suggestions geared toward a setup like this with the price in the same ballpark. Thanks! ksaul
