Just Bought Speakers...need matching Reciever

I just bought some studio 40's with stands from someone at audiogon and now I need a good reciever to mate with them.
I've been looking at the denon's for a while, but I also want to upgrade later to a good multi-channel amp.
Anyone have a suggestions? Wanna spend around $500.

I would say go with the Denon. I bought a 2803 when they came out and like it a lot
