IN THE LINE OF FIRE. It's the only movie in memory which could be considered a "stretch" for Eastwood, and he truly displays some emotions here. DIRTY HARRY, PLAY MISTY FOR ME and TIGHTROPE are also contenders.

The Outlaw Josey Wales is his best film.

I haven't seen a lot of his films, but of the ones I've seen, Unforgiven is my favorite. The Outlaw Josey Wales is a relatively close second.

Unforgiven is Clint's masterpiece, followed by Bird and A Perfect World.
