In order of merit:

1.Kramer vs. Kramer (1979) ***1/2
2.Bad Company (1972) ***1/2 - I've been meaning to rewatch this for years, as I recall being quite impressed by my sole viewing of it!
3.The Late Show (1977) ***
4.Nobody's Fool (1994) ***

All his other films offer some form of interest for me, but aren't exactly priorities either.
