The only one I've watched recently enough to remember is King of Kings, and I know that is him, as I was struck by the fact that his narration was the best thing in the film.

Well The Incredible Shrinking Man was the one that confused me, and made me wonder if the movie geeks posting trivia on the IMDB might be just guessing that every deep booming voice narrator just had to be Welles. After checking IMDB though I find that Welles only narrated the trailer to that film. There was narration in Shrinking Man but it was by the films star, Grant Williams, not Welles.
Btw Paul Frees is the king of the Voice-Over/Narrators, check out how many films he contributed to, wow! he also acted in a few including the 1951 sci-fi classic The Thing from Another World.
