The only Ridley Scott movies I don't own on dvd are GI Jane, White Squall and 1492.
Kingdom of Heaven the Director's Cut was magnificent, loses points though on the casting of weak leading man Orlando Bloom, who barely changes his expression the entire movie.

Ranking

1)Alien (I didn't like the directors cut, messed up the pace, at least I can switch to the original)
2)Blade Runner (again I hated the so-called directors cut, I'd seen the original so many times on video and at the cinema, the last thing I wanted was a re-edited version sans voice over and added unicorns)
3)Legend (but I loved the extended version of Legend though)
4)Gladiator
5)Kingdom of Heaven (Director's Cut)
