My favorite is Barry Lyndon, although possibly Eyes Wide Shut is his best. Everything from Lolita on up is a categorical masterpiece and are among the topmost works cinema has to offer.
Thank god for Stanley Kubrick! Cinema would probably be a good decade behind it's current state without him, and I really don't think that's an exaggeration.
