Let's try to focus primarly on classic rock band DVDs. Please list every concert DVD you own, and state which ones are your favorites.

Here is my list:

AC/DC - Live at Donington
Fabulous Thunderbirds - Tough Enough (1985)
Fabulous Thunderbirds - Invitation Only (2002) DTS
Foghat - Two Centuries of Boogie
Journey - Greatest Hits DVD 1978-1997
Journey - Live 2001 (2001)
Brian Setzer Orchestra - Live in Japan (2001) DTS
Led Zeppelin - DVD (2003)DTS
Living Legends of Rock & Roll - Live from Itchycoo Park (2000)
Pink Floyd: Live at Pompeii - The Director's Cut (1972)
Rolling Stones - Bridges to Babylon Tour '97-98 (1997)
Rolling Stones - Four Flicks (2003)
Mitch Ryder and the Detroit Wheels Live in Concert
Jazz Channel Presents, The - B.B. King (2000) DTS
Deep Purple - Live in Australia 1999 - Total Abandon (1999)
Rare Earth Live in Concert

My top 2 favorites are the Led Zeppelin and Rolling Stones Four Flicks. Anybody happen to know how the Led Zeppelin DVD "The Song Remains the Same" compares to the newer 2-disc DVD in terms of audio and performance.

Also, I can't find any CCR (Creedence Clearwater Revival) concert DVDs. Anybody know if any exist? I'd prefer it to be from the late 60s-70s instead of anything recent. They were superb back in the day.

Not going to list every one I have, but my favourite three off the top of my head would have to be...

Rust Never Sleeps - Neil Young & Crazy Horse
The Last Waltz - The Band
Concert For George - George Harrison Tribute at the Royal Albert Hall.

Really want WELD - Neil Young & Crazy Horse to be released on DVD soon (and his MTV:Unplugged show too)

I would also love some old Creedence stuff on DVD.

A little OT but...

Does anyone know if there is any inclination for MTV to release further items from the Unplugged series? I'd really like to see Alanis Morissette's complete Unplugged set

Out of the few I love:

Led Zeppelin - The performances are great as usual, but the DTS is astounding on this set. Powerful, clear, bombastic, it's everything you'd want in a Zeppelin DVD.

The Band, The Last Waltz - Great 5.1 soundtrack, but the heart of this disc is simply all the great songs. The Band is just so under-appreciated (even by me, for quite a long time) that it's hard to imagine more people aren't enamored with them. Beautifully filmed as well.

AC/DC, Live at Donington - This is pretty close to definitive for Angus and co. on DVD. One great 2-hour set from the early 90's (?) with a good smattering of all their hits, plenty of entertaining stuff happening onstage, and a surprise or two. The 5.1 track is great, and it's a steal at less than $10 at most retailers.

Against Me!, We're Never Going Home - It's not classic rock, but these guys are absolutely amazing live. Good DVD with a surprising amount of extras. Audio is less-than-stellar in 2.0, but it gets the job done. The star of the show is the incredible performances by the band. Get it at fatwreck.com.

Although it's technically a feature film, I'm going to have to go with "U2: Rattle And Hum". I just purchased this on Friday and finally got to see it for the first time. I literally couldn't get enough of it. My favorite piece from the film was when they performed "I Still Haven't Found What I'm Looking For" in a church complete with a choir. I've never heard anything like it. All of the performances were nothing short of incredible.
