Out of the few I love:
Led Zeppelin - The performances are great as usual, but the DTS is astounding on this set. Powerful, clear, bombastic, it's everything you'd want in a Zeppelin DVD.
The Band, The Last Waltz - Great 5.1 soundtrack, but the heart of this disc is simply all the great songs. The Band is just so under-appreciated (even by me, for quite a long time) that it's hard to imagine more people aren't enamored with them. Beautifully filmed as well.
AC/DC, Live at Donington - This is pretty close to definitive for Angus and co. on DVD. One great 2-hour set from the early 90's (?) with a good smattering of all their hits, plenty of entertaining stuff happening onstage, and a surprise or two. The 5.1 track is great, and it's a steal at less than $10 at most retailers.
Against Me!, We're Never Going Home - It's not classic rock, but these guys are absolutely amazing live. Good DVD with a surprising amount of extras. Audio is less-than-stellar in 2.0, but it gets the job done. The star of the show is the incredible performances by the band. Get it at fatwreck.com.
