Great Expectations over Il Posto 3-1 Me thinks this is the greater offense
Blood For Dracula (tough, admittedly Morrissey is not the director Tati is, but the movie is just as funny, if not more so)
abstain (Netflix only has a cheapie copy of Torchon so I haven't gotten around to renting it)
Orpheus (I guess, not particularly taken with either one)
Ivan The Terrible I&II (guess I'm the only one that was bored by the Samurai Trilogy)
Bed And Board
Lord Of The Flies
Shadows

Final proof (as if any were needed) that Brook and I have completely different senses of humor. Hulot is full of humor, Blood for Dracula is about as funny as Salo.

I don’t completely agree with either of you, as I think Blood for Dracula is pretty funny; but nearly so much so as M. Hulot. Plus the movie is not nearly as well conceived or executed.

My votes
M. Hulot's Holiday - Even though I really don't "get" the acclaim for Tati, this one wasn't bad. Don't care for Morrissey's stuff at all.
Le Cercle Rouge
Orpheus - I guess
Samurai Trilogy
The Unbearable Lightness of Being
Lord of the Flies
Shadows - I'd love to vote against both
M. Hulot's Holiday over Blood for Dracula 4-3
Le Cercle Rouge over Coup de torchon 4-1
Orpheus over Black Orpheus 3-1
Samurai Trilogy over Ivan the Terrible - Parts I & II 3-2
The Unbearable Lightness of Being over Bed and Board 4-2
Lord of the Flies over A Night to Remember 5-4
Shadows over I Am Curious—Yellow 3-0

Abstain across the board
| Ivan The Terrible I&II (guess I'm the only one that was bored by the Samurai Trilogy) |
Just to be clear, my vote wasn't as much a vote for Samurai as it was a vote against Ivan and it's terrible acting.
