The only thing funnier than a chimpanzee is a chimpanzee on roller skates.

"Now there's a concept I can't get enough of, a man and his monkey"

name that movie.

Uh, sorry Adam, I will have to decline your challenge.

My personal favorite, though technically not a monkey, is Every Which Way But Loose, starring Clint Eastwood and Clyde the Orangutang.

I don't think this came out to a trilogy, because Clyde attacked Clint a couple of times while they were filming. Of course, maybe Clint was upset at being upstaged by an orangutang.

Again, not technically a monkey, and not technically a movie...but BJ & The Bear to me was the top of the heap when it came to Man and his primate buddy.

"Oh Mikey do you think I even know what the hell they are talking about half the time? I dont know whether they are talking about how hard it is to be adopted or how their father never shows them love. All I do man, is I wrinkle my eyebrows, stare at their lips and somehow I turn out to be some big sweetie." - Trent Walker (Swingers - 1996)

BJ and the Bear was the focus of the above quote.

Ten points to the indentifier of the movie from which it came.
