Is that a cross between The Empire Strikes Back and Emperor's New Groove?

Yes, welcome aboard, Scott. And since this looks like the beginning of a poll, I've moved your thread to the Polls area.

"Is that a cross between The Empire Strikes Back and Emperor's New Groove?"

You haven't seen it? Senator Palpatine is transformed into a Gungan by Yoda. Darth Vader has to lead "Pal-Pal" back to the palace to try and return him to the throne. Sample scene:

PAL-PAL
Soon, meesa be backin in it da palace.

VADER
Yes, my master. Now, quickly, cross this rope bridge. I sense that Yoda is on our trail.

PAL-PAL
No touchy! You nossa be rushing meesa over it da bridge! It looken dangerous! Youssa cross first!

VADER
Master, we don't have time for this...

PAL-PAL
I SAID YOUSSA GO FIRSTEN!

VADER
All right, all right...

(Vader crosses bridge easily)

VADER (CONT.)
Now, you. Hurry!

Palpatine gingerly walks onto the bridge. He tests the planks, makes sure they will hold him. A silly look of relief crosses his Dark Side Gungan face. He begins to walk confidently across, makes it half way, then freezes --

Vader is tossing a ball up and down on the other side of the bridge.

PAL-PAL
Wassen dat be?

VADER
Something no Gungan can resist.

PAL-PAL
(nervously)
Meesa no Gungan. Meesa bombad Emperor.

VADER
Look at it. Look at this ball. So much fun to throw in the air...

PAL-PAL
(quietly)
Meesa wants it...

VADER
I'm sorry, my master? I did not hear you.

PAL-PAL
MEESA WANTS IT!

VADER
As you wish.

Vader tosses the ball to Palpatine, who erupts into hysterical desperate laughter, tossing the ball into the air and catching it with maniacal glee.

VADER
Did I mention how clumsy gungans are?

Palpatine loses control of the ball and it soars out into the open air. Palpatine shoots Vader an angry hissing glance, and then leaps off the bridge chasing after it. With a wail, Palpatine falls into the alligator-infested river below.

VADER
All too easy.
