I've seen all of 2 Russian films, unfortunately. They are both excellent, fortunately.
Dersu Uzala
Russian Ark
Several Russian films are on the "to watch" list, including Moscow Does Not Believe in Tears, Burnt by the Sun, The Color of Pomegranates and The Thief.

1. Stalker
2. Andrei Rublev
3. Mother And Son
4. The Man With A Movie Camera
5. Strike!
6. Ballad Of A Soldier
7. Russian Ark
8. The Cranes Are Flying
9. Battleship Potemkin
10. I Am Cuba
Was barely able to complete this using no more than 2 films per director. I've seen a handful of Russian films by directors not on this list, but didn't consider them good enough to place in a top 10 whether I liked them (Mother, Vij) or not (Burnt By The Sun).

Some good calls there. Sokurov came close to my list with Russian Ark, and Mother and Son.

I've seen Man With a Movie Camera (which I absolutely loved), Battleship Potemkin (which was okay) and Andrei Rublev (which I mostly hated). I'm pretty sure that's it.

I've probably seen less than 20 Russian films so a Top 10 from me would be pretty much useless.
Dersu Uzala would be my current favorite though

Ballad of a Soldier
Stalker
Come and See
Russian Ark
Alexander Nevsky
Brother
Hard coming up with ten - I've seen some of the others mentioned here but wouldn't call them favorites. Also, it's been awhile since I've seen some of them. I've got The Cranes Are Flying, but haven't watched it yet.
