Hometheater Expo 2004 West cancelled!
I hope this is an appropriate section to post about this. I couldn't believe it when I read the e-mail from Hometheater Expo 2004 saying the San Francisco show was cancelled. I first thought hackers must have broke into their computer (the first step is denial).
I was amazed that they would cancel so close to the show date. I guess they were waiting for the hotel labor strike/dispute to solve itself. The strike was the reason given for the cancellation.
I am very bummed. I skipped CES last year because the "Stereophile hi-fi show" (as I still call it) is so much better and all audio/video.
I am going to mope around some more.
