Man don't get me started with what you can do on this game. First you can change what you are in the game. Officer, soldier, medic or engineer. You have elimination, stopwatch, or objective that you can play. Stopwatch and objective are my favorites. On those two you have a mission to accomplish and the opposing team has to try and stop you.

It's crazy fun man, I love it. I have to go get soldier of fortune II because it's more of what I like. The old school wars are cool, but I like more modern weapons.

Guys, good news and bad news.

The good news is that, if all goes well, I'll be closing on a house at the end of the month, and we'll have yet another place to hold a meet!

The bad news is that the house needs work, appliances, and furniture, and it won't be in any condition to host a meet for several months. The money I had set aside to upgrade from a 32" tube is now going towards a refrigerator and washer/dryer set, although I'm still trying to convince myself that I don't really need those things first.

All of you are invited to my place in 2004!

Dave,

Furniture is overrated. Go for the bigscreen!

Congrats on the new home!

Congrats on your home.

I think you can do both. Just think positive....

We need a big screen for the meet and we need beer. Cold Beer!

All good things.......

And a place to sleep!!:b

BTW, Kevin and I are going to Akron this weekend to watch the NEC World Championship at the Firestone C.C. This will be our third time at Akron. He has insisted that we get separate rooms because I snore!!

On Sunday, we are meeting up with a fellow HTF member, Ferdinand from Cleveland. I am buying (2) Mini Monitors and (2) ADP 170's from him. I am getting ready to upgrade my system to 7.1. I'm curious as to how the ADP's will sound as my side surrounds. I plan on using the Mini Monitors for the rear surrounds. If these sound OK, I'll be selling my Monitor 3's. The ADP's are from the Paradigm Performance line, so I am curious if they will hold their own with the rest of my speakers.

My bathroom remodeling will be completed the last week of September while we are on vacation. Next up, family room remodel and front projector with a screen that will come down on front of the 620HD!!

Okay, so...I can put off the washer and dryer for a bit, but the refrigerator is a must.

I already have a bed and/or a couch for Alan.

I'll keep everyone updated. As it turns out, I might be able to swing the new television sooner than I thought. There's still the issue of remodeling and redecorating, however, and I only have (comfortable) seating for three at the moment.
