Their web site has new, extended/special edition versions of all their albums.

They're even showing a listing for Metanoia right now! I know in the new Carbon Nation SW spoke of reissueing LS and SD, but everything is coming out of the woodworks...and so soon! Crazy. No other store is listing these albums at all though.

Has anyone hear heard Voyage 34? It looks like something in the vein of Matanoia or The Sky which doesn't really interest me that much, but I'm wondering what it sounds like.

While Voyage 34 (at least the first part) does rip off Floyd, I still think it is pretty cool. As said above, it is instrumental with samples. It is better organized than something like Metanoia, which is just a bunch of jams in the studio.

I know this is offtopic, but since other people brought it up I just want to point it out. Everything I've read has said that Damnation and Deliverance were supposed to be released as one double-disc package, but the record companies didn't go along with this plan.

Well, Amazon just cancelled my order for Stupid Dream. Unable to acquire...blah, blah, blah.

Can't be long before they cancel Lightbulb Sun.

You want to upgrade again?!!

My order was canceled too. I'm glad I already have a copy. My orders for LS, 4 Chords, and Metanoia are still on so far though.

I finally... FINALLY... received Deadwing. I ordered from their web site directly in May (not a typo- freakin' May!) and they were using some third party distributor who screwed everyone. Fortunately a friend let me borrow a copy.

I got the one with the CD and book of illustrations and the DVD with DTS surround soundtrack which I listened to last night. Very nice.

All of their old albums have been re-released with fancy editions. I have to decide which I want to re-buy, especially since I'm much much more into their recent material.

Just curious, where is it stated that Stupid Dream and Lightbulb Sun are confirmed for re-release? I've been hearing this rumor for a while, and I thought they would get out in time for Deadwing but no such luck.

Steven told me that Warner/Lava bought the rights for those two albums and he will be taking a shot at remixing Lightbulb Sun into 5.1 over the summer.

Thanks Felix. I knew Lava had rights to them. Too bad Snapper doesn't or I'm sure they'd have been redone already given their excellent work with the other releases.

There is info on this topic in the new Carbon Nation. I haven't recieved my copy yet so I don't know all the details. From what I am hearing, we're just going to get a straight reissue of Stupid Dream and Lightbulb Sun. There won't be any remastering. And we will probably see a 5.1 mix of Lightbulb Sun. Don't take these as quotes, when I get my new Carbon Nation I will confirm.
