This week Ken McAlinden reviews Albert Lewin's MGM adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Picture of Dorian Gray, a highly awaited release that gets notable recommendation. Surprised to find no threads dedicated to the new New Order CD. I picked this one up yesterday, as I had not even heard that there was a new CD coming. (I was expecting to be in my forties before that happened.)

Anyway, I am impressed. It's not Blue Monday redux, nor is it as downbeat as "Get Ready" was. If anything, it is a pretty damned happy little album that will put a smile on your face, and a tap in your toe.

Bigger surprise...

A second CD is "in the can", and due for a release next year. Fans, including myself, were a bit put off that the North American tour included a whopping four dates, but speculation is for a more thorough N.A. tour once the second new album hits shelves next year.
