Was in Mass. the other day listening to an unknown "hip hop" radio station.
This wonderful tune was playing, a slow groove, a female and then a male vocalist.
The lyric that kept repeating was, "You may trip and fall."
You may need ######..you may trip and fall."

Best I can do. Please help, I need to own that music

Im not into hip-hop but it might be Ja Rule as the male. Did he have a raspy voice? If so it was indeed Ja Rule.

If I remember I think it was J Lo as the female.

Thanks for the tip Matt....hope you're wrong about the J Lo thing. :b
It would be like finding out I had liked Vanilla Ice.
Mostly I'm not into hip hop myself, I'm way out of that demographic, but if I do like something I won't let some arbitrary label slow me down.

You're lucky. My church won't let us listen to the radio during mass.

I use headphones disguised as earmuffs, everyone just thinks I'm too cold.

Found it. It was Stereo MC'S Connected and that was the title cut of their 1993 album. Which I now own and find to be pretty lame....but I like that first song.
