I'm curious about the remastering of the new John Mellencamp Words & Music collection - any thoughts on the sound quality compared to previous releases of his works?

I just picked up this collection today. It does sound cleaner than his previous greatest hits collection. This is a great collection of music! You can't go wrong especially with the price. Pick it up as soon as you can.

Thanks Brandon. I did actually pick this up on sale a couple of weeks ago and you're right - it does sound cleaner and has a greater dynamic range than his older CDs I have.
