2 questions: I can't remember the artist's name that sang this crappy song, but most importantly, what is the end all be all meaning of OPP??? I remember back then people used to say: other people's property (didn't make any sense), then some people would say: other people's pussy (made slightly more sense), and that's about all I ever heard about it.

Yep, the sanitized (and non-gender specific) version was "other people's property"-- where I think the basic idea they had in mind was "Other poeople's pussy" which could be extended to "Other people's penis"

Meaning, basically, being down with fucking someone else's girlfriend/boyfriend.
