To those who are unfamilar with BAD RELIGION, they have been around since the early 80's and have lyrics that may surprise you for a Punk band. You may find yourself breaking out a thesaurus when listening to some of their albums. BAD RELIGION is so much deeper than your run of the mill Punk band.

There early albums are getting a remaster and will be released in early april. I really welcome this because I don't listen to the existing CD's so much because the vinyl is so much better.

Albums to be remastered are -

How Could Hell Be Any Worse? - This will essentially include what is on the 82-85 CD.

Suffer - One of the best Punk Rock albums ever. Period.

No Control - Same song listing as before.

Against The Grain - Same song listing.

Generator - Not as good as the rest but it will contain versions of two songs that appeared on a Noam Comsky record when the first Iraq War started.

I feel years younger now! I can't wait to pick these up.

SWEET! I'll definitely take a look at those releases. Bad Religion is a really good band. Thanks for the information.

They disowned "Into the Unknown". Once in a awhile you see a legitimate one on Ebay but any CD's of it are just bootlegs. I would love to hear that EP but I won't buy a bootleg.

www.bad-religion.net has "Into the Unknown" in its entirety for download if you want to check it out. Very...different. The site claims:

The mp3 at www.bad-religion.net have been authorized by Bad Religion. For More Information about legal issues, please write to us

so hopefully it really is kosher. You can download the album at http://www.socpunk.com/badreligion_t...tlegs/rare.htm

Epitaph Records has posted some MP3s from each of the remasters. Here are links to each album's page.

How Could Hell Be Any Worse?
Suffer
No Control
Against The Grain
Generator

It's also worth noting that Epitaph will also be putting out a remastered version of their video, Along The Way, out on DVD! Here's the page for that DVD: http://www.epitaph.com/bands/index.php?id=32
