Legal Download sites: who have you used? what's your opinion of it?

Best Buy and Target are offering cards to be used on Napster.com's site: I have been a MusicMatch user for years (haven't tried the downloads yet), but would like to hear the pros/cons of any of the sites out there.

I've used iTunes and been very happy with it. I'm a Mac guy so iTunes was the natural choice but it's so simple to use, the quality is pretty good, and the usage rights are very good(or you can always burn as an audio cd and rerip into MP3 so you can use them in things like MP3 CD players etc). The selection is getting pretty big now too so I find I turn to the iTunes store quite a bit.
