Dave Matthews & Tim Reylolds - Anything off "Live at Luther College"
John Mayer - Daughters
John Mayer - Message In A Bottle (from "Any Given Thursday")

There is a cool version of Message In a Bottle by Sting on an album called Secret Policeman's Ball. It's probably on some other Sting CD's or videos as well. I also like Pete Townshend's accoustic work.
