They're a two-man band (drums & guitar) from Ohio. They do electric blues (much more bluesy than The White Stripes, for example). The vocalist is rather young but has a fantastic aged blues voice (an oddity, given his age).
They've released two albums "The Big Come Up" and "Thickfreakness" and both are, IMO, very good. They're just a lot of fun to listen to and I was curious if anyone else was into them.
BTW, I think you can download a few mp3's from their website if you're interested in trying them out.
Interesting to see a minor trend in two person rock bands. The White Stripes, The Raveonettes, and now The Black Keys.
