Visually and sonically stunning, "LED ZEPPELIN DVD" has been painstakingly restored, remixed, and remastered in Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround, DTS, and PCM Two-Channel Stereo..
|
Yes... PCM (and DTS)! Sounds like they got this part just exactly right. Hope the remix works!
Is the Zep catalog at Warners Bros? If so, and so long as they're already doing surround mixes, it would seem like a DVD-Audio release would be a natural.

Zep's on Atlantic! Shame on you.
Although the DVD...

will be marketed by Atlantic Records in collaboration with Warner Strategic Marketing.

Man, can't wait...

The pre-order link in the article takes you to Amazon. Their prices are somewhat less than the list prices.

They remixed it??? Where's Michael St. Clair when you need him?
Seriously, this should be good.
I would love some hi-rez Zeppelin however.

Looks good to me, but I too would like to see Zeppelin on DVD-Audio. It's time for Warner Strategic Marketing to exercise some strategery.

Wow! I'm counting the days now...
As an owner of their entire collection and a few bootlegs I'm sure this will really shine.

May 27th is now looking like it's a year away! I cannot, cannot, CANNOI wait for this! And for the reasonable prices they are asking, I may buy several sets - Zep makes great holiday gifts to those you love!
I also think they should release that preview/trailer to theaters. Oh man I know I'd go bonkers!
