Name that Song! (no really, I don't know the name of this rap song)

Like the title says, it's a rap song that got stuck in my head. It's by Jay-Z and I think Pharrell of the Neptunes or someone is in it too (not really helping much here, I know). All I know is that it samples Indian/Persian/not sure what type of middle-eastern music, and in the beginning he says: "It's the rock in the building!" Please help me with this name, thanks!

AH, finally found out the song. The lyrics in the beginning weren't "rock" but rather "roc", reffering to Roc-a-fella, no doubt. The title of the song I was looking for was Punjabi MC - Beware of the Boys [feat. Jay Z] in case anyone else might want to check it out.
