You could tell Shyamalan's head was getting big as well as his ego after Sixth Sense.
The film was too full of itself. Plus tyou have the "I gotta have a surprise ending since Sixth Sense was so successful" thing.
A missed opportunity.

Unbreakable was the last Shyamalan film that I enjoyed from start to finish, wish I could say the same about Signs or The Village.
