I would really like to see a trailer for TTT attached to Fellowship but I doubt that they will add them to the prints here, I'm guessing that it is going to wrap up in my city this week so i'll see this once more in theatre's and probably view TTT trailer online.

That shot was in the final Fellowship trailer, too (a few cut shots in that last trailer actually)

Could this be the Barrow-Downs scene that will be in the DVD SE?

No, since they didn't film the Barrow-Downs

Seriously though, I think its from when they are walking through the marshes, and Sam keeps bitching about the 'Neeker-Breekers' hehe. I distinctly remember him saying "What do they eat when they can't get Hobbit" ...hehe, classic stuff.

I don't know, Donny. To my eyes, that is quite obviously a painting, not a screen shot. That's not to say the scene won't show up. It looks like it's from RotK,
Spoiler:
after Sam rescues Frodo from Cirith Ungol and they are trying to figure out how to get to Mt. Doom.

Donny,

I think you are wrong about the concept art. Look at the way it is composed. This shot is not 2.35:1 at all. (Actually) I remember seeing this art scene on the pre-official site long before shooting began.

That specific shot really looks like concept art. I suspect that it was filmed and put into the trailer. That would make sense considering Dan said he saw it in the trailer.

You want to upgrade again?!!

In regards to the picture of Frodo, Sam, Merry, and Pippin...

Right now, I'm reading FotR.
Spoiler:
When Frodo, Sam, and Pippin are going to meet up with Merry, they meet up with some elves, then decide to go through marshes and stuff in order to not run into the Ringwraiths. That shot shows the four of them, which means that it probably took place in the beginning of the first movie and then was taken out. My point? I am guessing that it is from the first movie, near the beginning, and probably is situated into the movie between when they hide from the Ringwraith and when they are getting chased.

That's what I think, anyway.

I suspect the shot of the hobbits in the marshes is more than likely the marshes they travel through with Aragorn. Look at Sam, he's clearly holding the reigns of Bill the Pony. While they did have Ponies before they reached Bree in the book, they didn't in the movie, they arrive at Bree sans ponies. So, I'll put good money on this being part of the travel sequence between Bree and Weathertop. It's certainly not the Barrow Downs scene though, the Barrow Downs weren't marshes, they were a long stretch of hills.
