Dirty Tricks (2010)
2010 only seems like a long way off.
I was searching for a photo of Maureen Dean (don't ask) when I came across Gwyneth Paltrow's pale blonde self and a 2005 report that she was set to play Maureen in a Ryan Murphy film titled, Dirty Tricks.
Rushing to the IMDB I find the project set, with Brad Pitt as John Dean, Jim Broadbent as Nixon, Sharon Stone playing Katherine Graham and Annette Bening as Helen Thomas.
That last bit of casting left me feeling like my leg was being pulled, and by the way, there was no longer any mention of Gwyneth.
