While Michael Moore has expressed his opinion, the Studio, who owns the work, has not in any way given permission to all the free floating (pirated) versions on the net.

What Michael Moore thinks is one thing, but the people who own (read: Financed) the film think is another. I'm pretty confident the Weinstein's aren't saying "yes, please, we'd like to give away money"
