The 2007 MTV Movie Awards
Without a doubt, the most subversive, most respected and most appreciated award show of the year, the MTV Movie Awards begins tonight at 7:30 pm with a preshow and ceremonies at 8:00 pm.
This years host is the lovable, sincere, and always candid Sarah Silverman.
Who will win Best Kiss? (Jessica Simpson and Dane Cook in Employee of the Month) Best Fight? (Dax Sheppard and Dane Cook in Employee of the Month) Best Actress? (Jessica Simpson in Employee of the Month) Best Film? (Epic Movie)
Discuss!
If anything, the running parodies, especially the opening are worth watching. Hey, maybe even Chewbacca might make a cameo or Jim Carrey might make out with someone. One can only hope.

Don't know how the show's been going so far since it seems a little dirtier and less polished than previous years, but it was pretty funny watching Silverman make fun of Paris Hilton while she was sitting there in the audience.
Jack Nicholson seems to be showing his age though.

The opening monologue was great, especially the reaction shots. The rest...eh typical MTV movie awards. Thank goodness for DVR is all I have to say.

LOL. Sarah Silverman hounded Paris Hilton straight to jail about 3 days early. She left the MTV Movie Awards and reported to prison early.

Wow ... Paris Hilton got destroyed by Sarah Silverman, lol. I'll give her credit, Paris tried her damndest to keep that smile on her face, but you could see her heart rip right in half when the punch line hit.
