Whoa. I've never seen Bettany's evil smile until now, and I like it.
The man I loved - the man who vanished - he never came back at all. But maybe he's still out there, somewhere. Maybe some day, when Gotham no longer needs Batman, I'll see him again.

Hope they at least consider Crispin Glover.

Bettany does indeed look great, and we know he can act. Lou, I think Glover has a good look, but I think his personal quirkiness would unbalance the set. I'd rather have someone like Bettany or Brody.
Patrick, good call, but about a decade too late
Still, curves like that are tough to find.
Take care,

A big bustline for Catwoman would look ridiculous in a Nolan-directed Batman film, plus Michelle Pfeiffer made it work without a massive bustline, and what cat-burgular would want a large chest to obstruct their passage in tight spaces and corridors/chutes. Form follows function.

Yeah, Connelly doesn't have that bust anymore, and anyways, she doesn't seem to be the right type for the role.
I do like the choice of Bettany. That smile does invoke the right images.

Isn't he too much of a loose canon? I'm pretty sure there are good reasons why he hasn't made a big budget movie for a long time.
I like the idea of Paul Bettany playing the Joker though. Christopher Nolan needs to work with more Englishmen.

I like Paul, he's a great actor, he always outshines Russell Crowe when they work together. He was great as the figment of imagination in A Beautiful Mind.
I think he'd bring a subtle yet maniacal preformance to the Joker.
As for Catwoman, she's nearly the same age as Bruce, Jennifer Connelly wouldn't be too bad, she's four years old than Christian Bale, but she sort of looks younger. She's not that big in the chest area, I mean she's Katie Holmes size maybe a little bit bigger. She's a good actress as well. I'm not really sure if they should bring Catwoman in on this movie anyway. I think the idea that Batman's rogue's gallery hasn't really start yet, he's still just fighting mostly crime bosses and such. Totally no Robin...

Crispin would be pretty inspired casting. I like the idea of Brodey, I don't see him camping up the part. Bettany might be okay, but his hammy acting in Knight's Tale worries me.

He was in both Charlie's Angels movies, but he obviously just had a supporting role.

What sources have claimed that anyone has tested for the part of the Joker yet? According to Batman Begins producer Charles Roven they haven't even decided on a villian for the next film yet. He said that the ending was just an hommage to Jack's turn as the Joker. He also said that Nolan wants to do another film before he tackles another Batman film.
It sounds pretty early for screen tests if they aren't even in pre-production or if they don't even know who the villian will be.
