What is the name of this movie (coming out this year, time travel related)...

Their is a movie coming out this year based on a book. Where in the future people go back in time and they screw something up and it affects life in the future. I saw the trailer a few months back, but cannot remember the name.

Anyone??


Bring back John Doe! Or at least resolve the cliff-hanger with a 2hr movie or as an extra on a dvd release.

Justin, Thanks. But, the preview left me with one big question. Maybe, you or someone else might be able to answer.

In the movie. It seems like someone stepping on a butterfly is what causes the change. Yet, these guys go back and hunt and kill Dinos. Wouldn't their deaths change evolution??

In the short story, that the movie is based on, the dinosaurs being killed have been carefully selected. The selected dinosaurs are ones that are going to die in the natural course of nature. The hunters go back in time to a point just before the selected dinosaur is about to die. The animal is going to die anyway, so its death has no effect on the time stream. The hunters can safely shoot it.
