Hello,

The latest in the Exorcist series is about to be released. The project has a troubled (to say the least) history. Basically, two movies were shot and somewhat combined to produce the final version.

Is this Exorcist going to be like the Beach Boys' fabled "Smile" -- the greatest movie never released? Is "The Beginning" akin to "Smiley Smile" -- a "bunt" rather than a "hit"?

Will original version ever make it to DVD?
