City of Men is the title. From CHUD.com -

"As the stars of the original film were indeed precocious gangsters, this film will follow their ascent into manhood and one would assume the severity and coldness of their crimes would increase as well. Two of the actors are returning, which is a neat fact."

Sounds rather intriguing. If you've seen the documentary News from a Private War (included in the City of God DVD) you can see where this movie is going. Could be a Brazilian Godfather II, sort of.
