The current restored version of Napoleon is roughly 330 min. at 20fps.
The restored version of Greed (with intertitles and stills replacing lost footage) is 250 min.
Doctor Zhivago is 200 min. long.

Berlin Alexanderplatz (although listed as aminiseries on the IMDb, this 15 1/2 hour film did get a theatrical release in North America)
Wagner (same story, only 5 hours)
