Talking about the recent event of the pizza worker who robbed a bank wearing a bomb collar, a friend mentioned he once saw a film where three people had bomb collars put on them. The bomber was targeting the bomb squad, and blew the victims up when they arrived.

One of the bombs was a vacumn-type bomb, one was light-sensitive, and one was remotely-detonated.

Does anyone have any idea what this film was?

I seem to remember an episode of CSI: Miami which had a bomber using bomb collars. I believe he was also targeting the bomb squad.
