Predator 3

Quote:
Predator 3: Last week there was talk the old script by Robert Rodriguez was being dusted off, now The Z Review has some more on that story - "Hollywood Insiders have let loose more cafe talk that Robert Rodriguez is still discussing this project, pushing his own screenplay a little further. His project is said to take place on board a 17th century ship, which the Predator making a visit to its crew. The other script is another golden oldie, The Zoo, which is meant to include Arnold's character Dutch and Danny Glover's from the underated sequel. The two men are captured and taken back to the Predator's home planet, as trophies". In any case I wouldn't expect any serious movement on this until the "Aliens Vs. Predator" box-office numbers come in next year. Thanks to 'Shannon'.

I mean predator one was great, Predator 2 was ok cuz it didn't show us anything new except the predator in a different area... I would like to see one final predator movie to show us Predator home world and then be done with it.... That just my opinion though because who knows Fox might come up with a brilliant storyline

i could definitely go for the predator vs pirate theme.

dark horse comics actually published a short comic with that exact theme - it explained where the predator chieftan in predator 2 got the flintlock pistol (assuming that predators have very long natural lives, or that they pass their trophies along) he gives to danny glover.

i would love to see that story incorporated into a film.

maybe they could do a story where a predator revises his idea of "the hunt", and joins the WWF.

then we could have predator vs. the rock.

the possibilities are dizzying.....

I have never read Batman vs Predator so excuse me if this has been done like this.
My idea for Predator vs Batman:

A predator comes to gotham and starts killing gang members. The people blame Batman for the murders. Batman investigates and sees the predator in action. He then plans for the attack on the predator.

I think this would be a great movie. It is too bad it could not happen because Fox owns Predator and Warner Brothers owns Batman.

How about we do this...

Whoever wins the "Jason vs. Freddy" match faces off with Predator. Here's the catch - and the studios will have to commit to this - once one of these guys is defeated in one of these "vs." films - they can appear in NO further sequels. They're eliminated and forever cast into oblivion, thereby forcing producers, writers and directors to come up with some NEW ideas to replace them.

Batman vs. Predator is a GREAT comic, very cinematic, and highly recommended. No shit.

Take care,
Chuck
