Wow. I say bring it all on. I have been more than pleased with all the Marvel movies thus far, and don't expect to be let down with Hulk or X2. I would love to see a Ghost Rider movie, and I think Nic Cage would be a good pick. But the Rock as Punisher? Puhleeze.

oh god...I want a good Iron Man movie so bad. That would rock hardcore if done right.
But the Rock as Frank Castle? please...gimme a break. I really cant think of a good actor to be Frank. He is a tough character to cast I think. He has to be mean and coldhearted, but still have some depth to him. You need to see the hell he has been through in his eyes. And the rock cannot do that. Besides...I see the punisher as being close to his 50s...more like 40 or so.

I think Viggo Mortensen would be a good Frank Castle.

Not a bad pick Dan. Now that you mention it, I think he could play the role well. He would need to add some muscle and bulk up a bit though.

Cant wait for DD2, Elektra, Blade 3, Ghost Rider, and Punisher.

I gotta say Viggo would be a very good Punisher.

Cool article. Gotta love Philly.com

All the projects sound potentially cool, though I can't imagine a Storm movie - at least not one that I'd want to see.

I can see the poster tagline now...
"Do you know what happens to insert villain archetype here when it's struck by lightning? The same thing that happens to everything else!"

Interesting words, but I hope they don't oversaturate the market.

Let us thank Halle Berry's Oscar winning chops for that delivery. As one of only 2 Joss Whedon lines to survive, it was supposed to be delivered Buffy style (in which case it would be funny)

As it was you got "I'M AN ACTRESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS"

Berry couldn't carry a Jinx movie, she couldn't carry a storm movie, she can't carry any movie because frankly, she's just not that good

No delivery or line reading can change the fact that that line, as written, is horrible. It should have just been cut out completely. I do agree, however, that Halle Berry is not a good actress and that she only compounded the problem.
