XM and Napster Team Up to Simplify Music Downloads
XM has partnered with online music giant, Napster to create a single interface for customers to locate, purchase, and manage music content for their satellite radio listening pleasure.
This will allow XM listeners to tag songs they hear on the radio for possible purchase later on. If a user wants to make a purchase, they can simply connect their satellite radio with a PC, and buy the selected track online.
The companies are hoping that this will help users to simplify their music downloading and listening experience, while trying out new artists and genres that they might not normally listen to.
