There is so much to learn about car audio, and honestly I don’t want to make it a hobby. I just need intelligent help and the guy from BB was no help what so ever- there has to be a way do what I want.

I want to replace the factory radio with head unit that can take a line in from my ipod, or hardwire a direct input.

I also would like to replace the factory speakers with a coaxial setup. Any specific suggestions are appreciated.

I have $350-400.

Thanks so much!

CDT 6 1/2 " component set at
http://www.thezeb.com/caraudio/specials_speakers.html

For 150, I hear these are more than worth the money. I'll be getting some if income tax comes in before they are all gone.

Sorry, no input on head unit replacement.

what kind of a vehicle is it? what kind of brands do you have accessible to you? is that $350-400 including all parts and labor or just speakers and head unit?
