Try this one -- they make both.
And, they will customize either to suit your needs / wants. Note that their pre-show DVD definitely does contain the "Let's All Go to the Lobby" clip, and also the "Duck and Cover," civil defense film, vintage hot dog ads, and all sorts of similar stuff. It is more than an hour long, with tons of very short clips.
