Recently my wife and I sold our NYC loft and bought an apartment by Yankee Stadium and a 16 acre spread in the Catskills. Of course, I moved the theater to the Catskills. Whereas on 27th Street I had the screen, the film collection, and the posters hanging all in one 25 x 35 ft space, now I have an upstairs gallery; a 25 x 35 auditorium; and a film storage vault.
