One set of speakers to 2 amps?

I have got a set of speakers I want to hook up to a 6.1 Onkyo A/V receiver for movies, and a different 2.0 receiver (classic old Marantz) for music. The speakers are bi-wireable with 2 sets of binding posts. The reason is, I'm trying to keep the 6.1 processing from the receiver, but get the dynamic, punchy sound I enjoy from the 2.0 receiver. The Onkyo is great for movies, but only decent for music. I really like the sound of the Marantz for music though. Any way to hook these up at the same time without having to switch cables on the speaker? I wasn't sure how the circuitry would affect the amp not being used.

You need to buy a speaker-selector switch and run it backwards.

(the 'outputs' to the speakers are wired to the amps).

It's important that the outputs of the amps never see each other.

Yes, this can either be done with an 'official' speaker selector box - although it should be a "dumb" box, not one that'll try to do impeadance matching or anything like that.

Or you can make one of your own with a couple of selector switches in a box.
