got the sheetrock up on the ceiling today, finished the raised rear seating and trying to get the door on the AV rack completed. things are slowly coming together with a lot of help from this forum. the new speakers should be arrived soon and hopefully the new remote as well.

as i approach the paint stage of my project is there any thing else i am forgetting?

wire has been orders, hvac is done, the lighting is done, have to complete the shelve for the projector, and finish off the av rack. lots of loose ends to finish but i can see the end of the road.

Did you sound proof between the new drywall and the upstairs sub floor?

i did!! i jammed as much as i could in there! roughly twice as much as i was supposed(according to the coverage on the insulation. i am not overly worried about sound though, just me and the wife in the house and she like the stereo louder than me usually!!

ahhhh, your living the good life. Don't tell me she likes action movies as well. Is there a general rule of thumb on how much should be installed in the space? Thanks
