HELP: Panamax Max 5100: UNSAFE VOLTAGE???

I have a HT with a Panamax Max 5100 and twice in the last 4 months has had the red light "Unsafe Voltage" go off and my system no longer has electricity. The last time the next morning it was up again.

Does anyone have familiarity with this unit? What it does? What "Unsafe Voltage" mean and what I should do in light of this light going off?

Unsafe means exactly what it says - the voltage dropped too low or spiked too high. That means it is doing it's job.
