Tanto,
I'm having trouble understanding your question but i'll take a shot at it. If you run wire through your wall it has to be CL-3 rated wire (fire rating) or it will have to be run in a conduit of some type (PVC, Greenfield, ETC.) You can install a plate on the wall behind the receiver that has snap in binding post some thing like this
jacks and they go into this
plate

How many inputs will I need if I want to have 4 surround speakers?

Every speaker will need a positive and negative. Not sure if that is what you meant. Hope this helps.
