Break in speaker frequency?

Can someone suggest a good frequency to break in a 6" driver with? My book says a sine wave of 25Hz but I don't know if that sounds like a good idea to me.

easy way is just to play FM, even noise from between stations. Or set up a cd changer for repeats

NOTE: These speakers are not built yet so I cannot play FM. I am looking to break them in before doing measurements on them.

Just hook them up to an amp and play something through them, make sure the volume is turned down so they don't beat themselves to death.

If you want to get the most break-in for the power output, play a tone at Fs. But it's really not critical what you use, you just want to flex the spider and surround.
