Theater finally done!

After 2 1/2 years of Saturdays my ht is finally done. I'd like to thank everbody here at the forum for all their help in answering the questions I had. Special thanks to Parker for helping me to get my pictures here. The name of my ht is Cinema 34 and can now be found in the members gallery. I hope the pictures can maybe inspire someone else to build their own home theater. Thanks again to everyone who helped.

Great ROOM but I HATE the chairs... j/k

HATE = the fact that you own them and I don't! :b

What equipment are you running in the room?
What was the first movie you watched opening night?
My room (rebuild of my room) will be completed later this week and what will be the 1st movie is the topic of discussion in my home.

Time 4 you to kick back and enjoy on a job well done!

I'm trying to decide what my grand opening movie will be when my theater is finished, and while Star Wars is tempting, I think I will stick to my old standby when I upgrade: JAWS.

VERY awesome. You have probebly answered this in another thread already, but what are the demensions of your HT room? I have a space that I am planning to convert into a dedicated HT and it looks like it is close to the same size as yours. I just hope it turns out as nice as yours did. The seating is, for lack of a better term "Pimpzilla" haha

Thanks Chris. The dimensions of the room are 14' wide, 26 ' long, with a ceiling height of 7' 2". I'm sure your room will look great when its done. The only suggestion I can give is,take your time. Whether its picking out a color for the walls, carpet, whatever. It may seem like you'll never get done, but its worth it in the end.

Hi Gary,

Nice work As an afficiando of in wall systems, good job on your rack. You'll have to get some close-up shots of the millwork so we can all take a look. Looking forward to more shots!

Cheers,
