Low voltage lights for accent ligting

Many months ago, I saw a home theater that had a series of very small spotlights aimed up along his wall and toward the screen. These spot had an electric blue color and really set the tone of the room. I wish I'd had the good sense to ask then where the lights came from.

Does anyone know of a source for colored mini-spots or cans that can be used as accents on the wall or on the screen?

Thanks for the help.

David
