However, if you open the link and print it, I believe you'll find the pictures and descriptions very informative. You might want to take a stroll around your neighborhood and just visually examine the overhead lines. Maybe you'll find something going on that looks like some of the photos. If so, a call to your local utility company just might make things better for you and your neighbors.
